FAQ

What GlucIQ does, and what it does not do.

These answers are written for people deciding whether GlucIQ fits their routine, plus caregivers and reviewers checking whether the product is described carefully.

What is GlucIQ?

GlucIQ is a diabetes support app focused on meals, insulin, glucose context, planning, and review.

Who is it for?

It is built for insulin-using Type 1 and Type 2 users who want a clearer daily workflow and fewer disconnected tools.

Does it replace medical advice?

No. GlucIQ is a support tool and should not replace clinician guidance, treatment decisions, or emergency care.

Can I still use it if my integrations are incomplete?

Yes. GlucIQ is designed to stay useful through local-first logging and review workflows even when sync is not perfect.

Does it support fasting and planning?

Yes. Fasting and planning-related workflows are part of the broader record, though medical decisions should still be made carefully in context.

Will there be iPhone and Android versions?

The release is currently in store review. App Store and Google Play buttons will activate when the public links are live.

How is pricing structured?

Current plans are Weekly $9.99, Monthly $14.99, 3 Months $24.99 aligned to one HbA1c review cycle, and Annual $99.99 per year.
