AviyanLabs LLC (“GlucIQ,” “we,” “us”) explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use the GlucIQ website, mobile apps, and support channels. This policy is designed to meet Apple App Store and Google Play disclosure requirements.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or join the waitlist.
- Health-related app data: meal logs, carbohydrate estimates, insulin entries, glucose readings, notes, and related timestamps you choose to record in GlucIQ.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system, app version, crash logs, and basic analytics about feature usage.
- Support communications: messages and attachments you send to support@gluciq.com.
- Website data: IP address, browser type, and cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve GlucIQ features and sync.

- Process subscriptions and manage billing through Apple, Google, or authorized payment partners.

GlucIQ is a support tool. We do not use your data to provide autonomous insulin dosing or emergency medical decisions.
