Data Deletion
Delete your GlucIQ account and data
GlucIQ supports account and data deletion as required by Apple App Store and Google Play policies. Follow the steps below to request deletion of your account and associated app data.
Option 1 — In the GlucIQ app
- Open GlucIQ and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion removes your profile, meal logs, insulin entries, glucose records, and other app data tied to your account, subject to legal retention requirements.
Option 2 — Email request
If you cannot access the app, email support@gluciq.com from the address associated with your account with the subject line Account Deletion Request. Include your registered email and platform (iOS or Android). We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Account profile and authentication identifiers
- Meal, insulin, glucose, and note history stored in GlucIQ
- App preferences and synced content linked to your account
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where required for billing disputes, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or anonymized analytics. Subscription records managed by Apple or Google may remain in those platforms according to their policies.
