GlucIQ Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the GlucIQ website, mobile applications, and related services operated by AviyanLabs LLC. By accessing GlucIQ, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you use GlucIQ on behalf of another person, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Medical disclaimer
GlucIQ provides informational and organizational support for diabetes management. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not replace care from a qualified clinician. Never delay emergency care because of information in GlucIQ. Consult your healthcare provider before making treatment decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized access.
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or misuse the service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play (or other authorized channels). Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow the policies of the platform where you subscribed. Feature availability may vary by platform and region.
Intellectual property
GlucIQ, its branding, software, and content are owned by AviyanLabs LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for personal, non-commercial diabetes support purposes.
Disclaimer of warranties
GlucIQ is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including accuracy of estimates, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for a particular medical outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AviyanLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GlucIQ. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for GlucIQ in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Disputes should first be sent to support@gluciq.com.
